Guillaume Mainguet (France)
Head of Produire au Sud at Festival des 3 Continents in Nantes, France, Mainguet has coordinated producers’ workshops in Bangkok, Taipei, Durban and other places around the world. He has also directed several short films, including THE GIRL AND THE DOGS (2014, co-dir, Cannes Directors’ Fortnight) and the award-winning VINCENT BEFORE NOON (2019).
Komtouch Napattaloong (Thailand)
Previously the curator of films for the SAC Anthropology Center in Bangkok and producer of the 2019 Thai doc SOIL WITHOUT LAND (Visions du Réel, Special Jury Prize at TIDF), Napattaloong is the current Lab Manager for SEAFIC. In addition, he directed the 2015 short film MOTHERLAND (LAAPFF, AustinFF, SalentoIFF, and Thai Short Film and Video Festival), made a Cuban short film EL CIELO during the 2016 “Filming in Cuba with Abbas Kiarostami” workshop, and is currently working on his 1st feature doc HOURS OF OURS.
Raymond Phathanavirangoon (Thailand)
Raymond Phathanavirangoon is the Executive Director for SEAFIC. Previously, he was the international programmer for Toronto International Film Festival as well as Programme Consultant for Hong Kong International Film Festival and Cannes Critics' Week. Prior to that, he was Director of Marketing & Special Projects (Acquisitions) for sales agent Fortissimo Films. He acted as Reading Committee Member for Hong Kong-Asia Film Financing Forum (HAF) and was advisory member of Asian Film Awards. He was festival jury at Berlin, Sarajevo, Seattle, Antalya, Jecheon and others. His producing credits include Pen-ek Ratanaruang’s SAMUI SONG and HEADSHOT, Boo Junfeng's APPRENTICE, Josh Kim’s HOW TO WIN AT CHECKERS (EVERY TIME), Pang Ho-Cheung’s DREAM HOME, among others.
