Petersen VARGAS is a Filipino filmmaker and Asian Film Academy alumni whose thesis short GEOGRAPHY LESSONS won him Best Director at Cinemalaya Film Festival. His feature debut 2 COOL 2 BE 4GOTTEN was awarded Best Picture at CinemaOne Originals and Audience Award at Torino LGBTQI Film Festival.
Alemberg ANG was a school teacher before shifting into filmmaking. He is alumni of Rotterdam Lab, Berlinale Talents and Talents Tokyo, and has produced award winners 2 COOL 2 BE 4GOTTEN (2016), ANG LARAWAN (2018) and others. His projects have gone to Rotterdam Cinemart, Hong Kong-Asia Film Financing Forum, Busan Asian Project Market and others.
Jade CASTRO is a director whose first film ENDO (2007) received acclaim. His third, REMINGTON AND THE CURSE OF THE ZOMBADINGS (2011), won at Neuchatel Fantastic Festival. A renowned writer and producer, he works with many young filmmakers, and produced the short CONTESTANT #4 (2016), which won at QCinema and Shanghai Queer Festival.
