  Florian Weghorn  (Germany) SEAFIC Reading Committee  Florian Weghorn began his Berlin Film Festival career as a programme researcher. From 2008-2014 he served as the co-director and programmer of Berlinale Generation section. He now serves as the programme manager of Berlinale Talents and is a member of the Berlinale Competition selection committee.
